The SEM710HM and SEM710HM/DP are dual channel loop powered transmitters that measure relative humidity and temperature. Two outputs are available, as default they are configured for humidity and temperature. However, they can be programmed to measure, dew point or delta T as input source.  Also one input source can be measure on both loops acting like a signal splitter. For example you can output humidity on both loops and send to different equipment.

 

The SEM710HM/DP has an optional LCD display and can show any of the process values (%RH, temperature, dew
point or delta temperature) on a 6-digit LCD screen.

 

The humidity sensor itself is a digital sensor. This allows our unique feature of simply unplugging the sensor if required and replacing with a new one without having to return the product to the supplier.

 

Using our popular SCH4 connection head, the SEM710HM humidity and temperature transmitter can be ordered for duct, wall or remote sensor mounting. The product default setting is 0 to 50°C and 0 to 100% RH. There is also an in built datalogger.

SEM160i

The SEM160i humidity and temperature transmitter is a channel humidity and temperature transmitter for industrial and BMS/HVAC applications. The unit can be supplied in single or dual channel ( two wire (4 to 20) mA ) versions, the single channel version has a thermistor (optional Pt100) mounted in the sensor tip for direct temperature sensing by users.

 

Four process measurement are possible; Humidity, Temperature, Dew Point or Delta Temperature. Two of these can be output, or one of these can be output on both channels.

 

A USB interface is provided for user configuration using USBSpeed-Link configuration software, allowing the user to select signal source and range for each channel. The dual channel version has four switch set ranges for easy onsite configuration. The four ranges can be programmed individually to the customer’s requirement off site via the configuration software. Single point alignment is provided for both temperature and humidity ranges.

 

The SEM160i humidity and temperature transmitter is available in Wall and Duct mount versions.

DM650HM

The DM650HM humidity and temperature display has been designed to display % relative humidity, temperature, dew point and delta temperature, on a 6- digit LCD display.

 

Battery powered, the instrument offers an advanced display-mode, allowing the user to display not only process variables but one or two (1 – 32) character messages. This feature is further enhanced by the ability to split a process range into eight user-set bands, each band having independent user selected messages.

 

The DM650HM also has a changeover-type relay with multiple programmable options allowing the user to set a high, low or deviation alarm.  Wall and duct-mounted versions are available.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS

 

RELAY
The instrument is equipped with single volt-free change-over type relay. The user may select one of
several actions, including deviation operation, with fully adjustable set-point and dead-band. An option is
provided to trigger an alert-event when a relay contact is on. The relay can be used to alarm on any of the values of relative humidity, temperature, dewpoint or delta temperature. A battery-monitoring function is also provided.

 

DATA LOGGING FUNCTION
DM650HM humidity gauge also provides a powerful data logging-function. The log points can be set up to 5000 points, each
point is time and date stamped together with %RH, temperature and relay-state information.
The log rate is selectable in steps. The start of log can be delayed if required. Either fixed or rolling logs
may be performed.
Two methods of reading the log are available. The USB configuration reads the log and allows the user to
save to a text file. The NFC android interface allows data transfer to compatible android phones or
tablets; by using the downloadable App, the data can be graphed and forwarded by email, Bluetooth etc.
The NFC interface is also capable of starting a new log with different log periods and modes.

 

FLEXIBLE DISPLAY OPTIONS
The DM650HM can display any combination of the following process variables: % relative humidity,
temperature, dew point and delta temperature.

 

REAL-TIME CLOCK
Date and time can also be displayed with the input values. The real-time clock is used to record the data
logged points.
